1. यह प्लेटफ़ॉर्म क्या है / What this platform is

यह वेबसाइट ("प्लेटफ़ॉर्म") NextGen News द्वारा संचालित एक अनौपचारिक मॉक पोल / जनमत सर्वेक्षण उपकरण है, जिसे केवल पाठकों की सहभागिता, मनोरंजन और सामान्य जानकारी के उद्देश्य से बनाया गया है।

This website (the "Platform") is an informal mock-poll / opinion-poll tool operated by NextGen News, built solely for reader engagement, entertainment and general informational purposes.

2. आधिकारिक चुनाव से कोई संबंध नहीं / No connection to any official election

NextGen News और यह प्लेटफ़ॉर्म भारत निर्वाचन आयोग, राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग, किसी भी सरकारी निकाय, रिटर्निंग अधिकारी, नगर पालिका/नगर निकाय प्रशासन, या इस पर सूचीबद्ध किसी भी राजनीतिक दल या उम्मीदवार से संबद्ध, अनुमोदित, प्रायोजित या जुड़ा हुआ नहीं है। उम्मीदवारों, दलों और चुनाव चिह्नों की जानकारी सार्वजनिक रूप से प्रकाशित नामांकन सूचियों या सार्वजनिक रूप से ज्ञात जानकारी से ली गई है, केवल पहचान के प्रयोजन हेतु, और किसी भी उम्मीदवार/दल के समर्थन या विरोध को नहीं दर्शाती।

NextGen News and this Platform are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected in any way to the Election Commission of India, any State Election Commission, any government authority, any Returning Officer, any Nagar Palika/Parishad/Nigam administration, or any political party or candidate listed here. Candidate, party and symbol information is sourced from publicly published nomination lists or publicly available information, used solely for identification, and does not imply endorsement or opposition of any candidate or party.

3. यह आधिकारिक परिणाम नहीं है / This is not an official result

इस प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर दिखाए गए सभी परिणाम "मॉक पोल" (नकली/अनौपचारिक सर्वेक्षण) परिणाम हैं। ये:

• किसी भी आधिकारिक चुनाव परिणाम, EVM गणना, या चुनाव आयोग की घोषणा का प्रतिनिधित्व नहीं करते।
• किसी सांख्यिकीय रूप से प्रतिनिधि जनसंख्या पर आधारित नहीं हैं।
• मतदाता की आयु, नागरिकता, निवास स्थान, या मतदान-पात्रता का सत्यापन नहीं करते।
• किसी वास्तविक चुनाव के परिणाम की भविष्यवाणी, पूर्वानुमान या संकेत नहीं देते।

All results shown on this Platform are "mock poll" (informal/unofficial survey) results. They do not represent any official election result, EVM count, or Election Commission declaration; are not based on a statistically representative population; do not verify voter age, citizenship, residency or eligibility; and must not be relied upon, cited, republished, or represented as predicting, forecasting or reflecting the outcome of any actual election.

4. मतदान की सीमाएँ / Limitations of the voting mechanism

यह प्लेटफ़ॉर्म गुमनाम, ब्राउज़र/डिवाइस-आधारित पहचान का उपयोग करके डुप्लिकेट मतदान को कम करने का प्रयास करता है, लेकिन यह "एक व्यक्ति = एक वोट" की गारंटी नहीं देता। एक ही व्यक्ति अलग-अलग ब्राउज़र, डिवाइस या नेटवर्क से एक से अधिक बार मत डाल सकता है।

This Platform attempts to reduce duplicate voting using anonymous, browser/device-based identification, but it does not and cannot guarantee "one person = one vote." The same individual may be able to vote more than once from a different browser, device, or network. NextGen News makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or integrity of the vote counts or results.

5. दायित्व की सीमा / Limitation of liability

This Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextGen News, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from reliance on the Platform's results;
• any harm to the reputation of any candidate, party, or individual;
• any political, electoral, legal, or financial consequence arising from use of the Platform;
• any claim, dispute, or proceeding brought by a third party in connection with the Platform.

6. उपयोगकर्ता का आचरण / User conduct

By using the Platform, you agree that you will not:

• attempt to manipulate results using automated scripts, bots, or other technical means;
• impersonate any other person or entity;
• submit false, defamatory, or misleading information;
• use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. डेटा सुधार / नाम हटाने का अनुरोध / Correction and takedown requests

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NextGen News and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

9. शर्तों में बदलाव / Changes to these terms

10. शासी कानून / Governing law

ये शर्तें भारत के कानूनों द्वारा शासित होंगी। कोई भी विवाद संबंधित न्यायालयों के विशेष क्षेत्राधिकार के अधीन होगा।

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
